Chairman: Charlie Smith

I have been a member of the Network since 2002. We hope to go forward into the future giving everyone equal opportunities in education, employment and socially.  This country has stated that it is an inclusive society, but it is found in too many individual cases that people with disabilities are treated as second class citizens.

I come from Dingle, County Kerry and I have been a member of the Kerry Disability Network for a few years now. I live with a slight brain defect which I got at birth. I am a member of the Heart Children of Ireland.  I look forward to helping the Kerr Disability Network to promote awareness of people living with disabilities and the challenges and issues that they face daily.
